These tower cranes have been designed for works of all heights and extends, which require high capacities and service speeds.
The range includes booms up to 80 mt.
They are completely decomposable for transportation and assembly operations, they can be used at free height or anchored; in permanent location on a concrete plinth with zinc-plated frames, recoverable or on a truck; travelling on tracks, or rampant inside the building site; as gantry cranes for docks or store yards.
The cranes can rise without external lifting devices, after positioning the base, the first base element, the telescopic element and the outreach. The assembly is very simple, cost-effective, fast and safe.
It is secured by two rampant cross members inside the tower. An oil hydraulic piston between these two elements generates a balanced thrust without dangerous breakaways, according to its position in the middle of the tower, to the lack of mounting housing and to the use of semimonolithic tower elements. These elements are made of two L-shape
pieces, therefore they have excellent operating reactions and few wired joint and sewing couplings.
The CITY configuration and its structural solutions, if applicable, have positively affected the construction of these conventional machines, by using highly resistant steel and very thick profiles on the jib, in order to reduce overall dimensions and weights, by using a counterjib with minimum length beams, in order to reduce overall dimensions and outreach inertia; by assembling and installing main electromechanical assemblies on a rotating platform, without flying connections; by using the cross vault with decomposable beams, without safety struts for the smallest machines.
It is a brand-new generation of machines, focused on services, as well as performance, adapting them to the ever-changing needs of the building industry.
